High Swell is a small pavilion nestled into the sandstone, overlooking Palm Beach. The process involved designing and building around the large sandstone outcrops and steep topography on this magnificent site. The palette of materials, sandstone, timber and steel were chosen to weather and blend with the surroundings. The pool and garden , further down the site, were added after the completion of the pavilion.
