We inherited an alterations and additions design that had been refused by Council. Tasked with obtaining a successful approval, we composed an elevation to emphasize sinuous horizontal lines and to reduce the visual bulk of the previous refusal.

A new living level floor was added to the existing roof space capitalising on north-western views to Balmoral beach. By gradually raising the garden entry up to the front door, one is is welcomed at a split level entry connected with the living level. The view unfolds to the corner terrace as you climb the last few steps.
